Main Term of Service
1. Acceptance
This website is operated by Daxwell. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Daxwell. Daxwell offers this website (hereinafter "Site"), including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. By accessing the Site you: (a) represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent), and (b) agree to be bound by this TOS and any additional terms referenced herein or linked from this page.
2. Changes
We may update or replace any part of the TOS by posting a revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated TOS.

9. Governing Law & Venue
This TOS is governed by the laws of the United States. For business transactions (Sections 3 and 4) the governing law is the State of Texas and exclusive venue is the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.

Consumer Terms covers only the terms of services relating to the order and purchase of Daxwell’s products and services through the Site. Sections "Business Terms - Standard Sale Terms", "Business Terms - Product Claims Policy", and "Business Terms - Supply Agreement Terms" applies to all other forms of transactions.
