Shipping

What are the shipping options and delivery times?

We offer Standard, Express, and Overnight Delivery options:

  • 3–10 business days via FedEx, USPS, or UPS.
  • 3–5 business days for an additional fee.
  • 1–3 business days for an additional fee (availability varies by location—please contact us to confirm➡️).
How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs depend on the products ordered, quantities, and shipping destination. Final charges will be calculated at checkout. Please note that Daxwell may update its shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we accept international orders with billing addresses from select countries. To check if your country is eligible, proceed to the checkout page.

What happens if an item in my order is unavailable?

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you to determine how you'd like to proceed. Please note: we do not offer backorders, so you may choose to remove the item or adjust the order.

What is your return policy?


We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.

To qualify:

  • items must be unused
  • in their original packaging
  • include the receipt or proof of purchase

How do refunds and exchanges work?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method.

For exchanges, The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@daxwell.com, so we can make it right for you.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes.

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or Personalized products

are non-returnable. If you’re unsure about your item, feel free to reach out to confirm its eligibility.
